I moved insurance in may last year May 2012 - long story short tracker continued to issue services and bill -I tried to cancel tracker in March then July. but it never happened. I also cant remember what number I dialled them to cancel as it must have been from my viop office phone...
On the 17th of January I again discovered that tracker was still billing me. I rang and spoke to a very helpful call agent - then emails from Aadil Naidoo confirmed my cancellation and assuring me that 2nd Jan 2013 would be my last debit.
Alas - just checked my account the debit remains - What do I have to do -? close bank accounts? Hope this get s some reaction.
