Going the extra mile - pardon the pun

My daughter got married on the 02/02/2013, being responsible for the welfare of 11 guests, we thought we would make use of Mozzie Cabs. Suffice to say nothing went right on the day, I phoned the Monday to speak to the Narisa Moodley - customer service manageress, who did a great disservice to her employer in dealing with my complaint. I was done with Mozzie Cabs and vowed to caution all and sundry about them. Only once I spoke to the owner did things start to proceed to a positive outcome. Peter asked me for an opportunity to investigate and get back to me. Our experience perhaps gave Peter the capability to make some very necessary changes, he also undertook to fully refund us all the monies spent on the day. Although I cannot go back and change that day, I thank Peter for recognizing, acknowledging and rectifying our not very pleasant experience. I firmly believe in speaking to the owner of a business, the one with a vested interest and giving them the opportunity to make good on our bad experiences as consumers, which influence and largely impact on their businesses. In closing, a BIG thank Peter for dealing with my complaint, finding a solution and restoring my faith in his company
