I am paying for what??

For a security guard to drive up to my post box and drop of his note to say he was here. I timed him, about 5 minutes ago. It took him all of 30 seconds to stop get out of his car walk 2 steps drop the note, get back in his car, does a u-turn and is gone. Gone and sixty seconds could have taken lessons from these security firms. We are paying through our noses for a service that's really gone in 30 seconds. I want half of my monthly premium that I pay back for less than half a service!
