There is a somewhat rude security guard on Bryntirrold Drive in Lonehill. I brought this up with Jeanine who promised that they would look into it but nothing has been done about it. I am traumatised as I had explained to Jeanine that he puts the cones close together) unlike the other guards who leave enough space instead of trying to maneuver like i am doing some driving test. I have asked him to leave enough space, but he has muttered things at me and been so very rude. Yes other residents may not complain about it but i believe that i have a right to be heard concerning this matter as this affecting me negatively. This security guard has been there everyday this week since monday and looks very pleased that he has fixed me since no one has looked into my complaint about his rudeness. i am meant to feel safe in my residential area as i also contribute towards his salary by paying the levies etc. I am not saying he should be removed but should be taught better customer care skills. It's unfortunate that Jeanine never bothered to come back to me after calling her thrice complaining about this as she keeps saying she will call me back immediately. Thanks
