My gate stopped working on a Monday. Kevin responded on the same day that I reported my gate. I was informed that the PC board was not working. It was replaced. Later that same day, the gate malfunctioned again. Kvein came out the following day and informed me that the motor itself needed servicing. I was told that the motor would be repaired by the Wednesday. On Thursday I phoned Kevin as he had not gotten back to me and he promised to come by the next day.By the following Monday I had heard nothing from Kevin and phoned him again. He eventually came on the next Friday.
After asking him to be careful with my plants, I left. When I returned, I found that he had completely destroyed the garden in front of my gate. He had crushed around R300 worth of new plants. The damage was not neccesary and I felt that it was solely because he couldn't care les about other people's property.
He offered to fix the garden, but I had seen enough of him and he had stuffed me around enough.
I will never use his services again and advise others not to.
