I have been in need of customer service on my Netstar tracking device for over 2 days... If I am not holding, I am being transferred and holding, when I finally reach a service agent, I am put on hold for an additional 10 min.
Another agent told me that they will call me back... I am still waiting and my car is still stuck with a faulty tracking device.
Overall I have spoken to 3 agents with no assistance.
I am not sure if Altech is aware that such delays pose a risk on clients. This is really poor call center response for a company that should pay attention to queries. I am now worried about how they respond to vehicles.
