I dont even know where to begin at how disgusted I am with the service at Nestar... i've been moved from pillar to post trying to find some guy named Sbu who has been allocated with my file who is somehow unreacheable for the past 2 weeks.let alone that if your call is not hanged up you are in waiting for over 15 minutes just to have an agent who will pretend to assist you. i just pray and hope one day these big corporate companies will see the need to invest in good customer service... i will stay hopeful, one day
