The company has bad service an inconsiderate

We did an application for a vehicle at Nissan in polokwane few months ago and they approved it but the car was a bit expensive for us, so we cancelled the whole thing but to our shocking surprise Tracker is busy debiting our account for the tracking system which am sure the vehicle was bought by someone else and they are paying for the same tracker as well

we call their office for the second time the first time on Monday and today they still tell us the query is still to be allocated and it will take 6 working days means somewhere in January, what this people fail to understand is to some of us a debit order of R400 its a lot of money that we cant wait for it to be reversed after 10years considering its Christmas holidays an every cent has to be accounted for

this is the second time having problems with tracker and every time my disappointment grows to the extreme
