To whom it may concern.

01:16am in the morning I go on cybersleuthsupreme website to locate my vehicle and the car is in Auckland Park however on the website it shows as its in "Lockies La, Florida, Gauteng" i call the contact centre, consultant couldn't pick up the location of my vehicle. So is this what I sign up for, for the next 3 years? In a case of emergency will Altech be reliable? i Doubt. Take this as a formal complaint and i will take it up with the ombudsman if need be.
