Paid up front for three years and they still bill

Altech Netstar received three years billing upfront, did not activate my system, then told me that if I "did not give a next of kin would not" this was not advised to me upfront. once all this was done, are politly billing me and TAKEING MONTHLY PAYMENTS EACH MONTH OFF MY ACCOUNT. Neat way to make extra money off unsuspecting users.
Pretty rude to me and did not bother to check account, and contiues to bill despite up front payment! Initial contract sent from Pretty incorrect colour of vehicle, incorrect name, no details correct! what a way to start a new contract. Beautiful!
