You have the worst customer service ever. I called your customer care line and they hung up on me after 20 minutes. I made that call on a cellphone. My tracking unit is draining my car battery dead when I turn off my car. None of your service centers will assist. They are all fully booked. Your call center hangs up on me when I ask for assistance. I've jump started my car twice over the last few days and was told by my car dealership that its your unit. My contract ends in March and you can be sure I will not be reneweing it. Pathetic service. How can you not have measures in place for this type of thing and rely on service centres that you have no control over. You're pathetic. I'll be moving my business to Tracker.
