To date the manager has send me an email responding that they will get back to me within 48 hours - reimburse me money - empty promises has been made. I need this to be resolved asap and please refrain form dedcuting any monies from my account. Should this query not be dealth with as this is my 10th complaint with Chubb i will take it further.
