Adt incorrect billing

I phoned adt about 4 months ago to get a my alarm upgraded, adt sent a sales consultant that did not have a clue what he was talking about and also did not look like he was trained correctly, after sending numerous emails he finally came back to me with the sign up forms, he promised 3 months free, 5 free remotes and a free receiver. We have now been charged every month and have also been asked to pay for the remotes and receiver.. We have had countless phone calls from adt and this problem has not been sorted out! Atleast the technicians that came to install the units were friendly and well trained, this morning our account was debited double the amount that the monthly subscription is!
