We recently moved next door. I removed the alarm myself from next door to save money, but then got adt to come and install it for us at our new premises (professionaly)... They did not wire it up correctly, so when we would open the front door the alarm would go off, and not give us enough time to disarm it... I phone to complain so they could fix it immediatly, so they did come back after about a week (i understand they are busy guys)... But now I have been charged R265 for a call out fee, for something they should have done properly in the first place and I demand a refund or i will be putting a stop on my debit ordes untili have been refunded. how can you charge someone for something they should have done in the first place. or is this a new way of making some extra cash?
