I have spoken to Bridget on a few occasions regarding my account. I was billed for the installation for an aerial that I have installed privately and yet, they refuse to phone me back despite numerous phone calls and emails.
The contract I signed means absolutely nothing and I want it cancelled with immediate effect! this is the SECOND time that I am struggling like this and I TOLD Bridget that should this happen I WILL go to the press, and here we go again!!! Incompetence all over again... You bill me and don't know what for, and also bill me the incorrect stuff? Now, because I am not paying until I know what it is for, you list me as a bad payer? HOW dare you? I will NOT be paying anything until someone with grey matter phones me and discuss the issue.
What do I need to do to get through to you people?
Sort out my contract and get it cancelled!
