Very bad service and no feedback

Firstly i cancelled my contract due to poor service, after i waited almost 3 weeks for them to connect my bis, my account was R278 PM now after i cancelled my debit for december was R350 AND I GOT A NEW bill for janaury for R398 and when i phone the call center i was promise they will phone me back yesterday by 4h30 which never happen and also they told me i will also have a debit for end feb 2014 iam paying for a contract i cancelled and i phone i dont have i could have understand if i was still paying R278 BUT why is my acccount almost R400 i need answers and i need a full report why my debit orders are billed so much
