Call out fees

I have been with this company for 3 and half years
Now that I do have a technical problem I am told that there will be a Call out fee of R200. I pay this company R390 a month for what. They have never to be seen driving in our street and when you call to query they also state that if we want a drive by there is also a fee involved. So what is the money that I am paying being used for.

My honest opinion is this is just a money making scheme.
