Stupid money-making "Get It"Scheme

My dad has a contract with Cell C for which I am paying. In Feb the account was suspended and when we phoned to to find out why they told us there was a "get it" subscription on the contract, costing R78, which by the way neither my Dad or myself agreed to having it activated. So they took us from pillar to post and told us to phone their Stupid "Get it"dept to cancel the service, which we did. To start with they could not even get us the recording on which they claim my Dad agreed to having that service added on his phone. They then told us that the service was cancelled after we phoned. We were not happy about it because R78 had gone down the drain but we let it go, a month down the line we receive a call claiming that the account is overdue??? Due to.. guess what??? Stupid "Get it". When we asked if they had nt cancelled it they ONLY told us now that its a 30 day notice for which another month will be billed before the cancellation. If you ask me I'd say this is purely a money-making scheme on Cell C side. If they collect 2 or 3 months subscription fees before actually cancelling the stupid service from every customer, how much money are they ripping off every customer???
