Telephonic Invasion

This morning at 08h15, I received a pre-recorded voice call from Car Track on my cell-phone, asking me to call them back. I have no relationship with Car Track and did not supply them with my number and will now, very definitely, never use their services. My business is international and thus I work very late into the early hours of the morning, so to be called for marketing purposes in an unsolicited manner is to say the least, inconsiderate. Further Paragraph 4.3, subsection F of the Consumer Protection Act, expressly forbids this form of marketing. I invite other consumers who have been "invaded": by Car Track to join me at the Consumer Court at no cost, and perhaps Car Track will then have little time and money left to harass the public at large.
