I have been trying to resolve and account query since I ended my contract with ADT in March.

To date it has not been resolved.

To date I am still awaiting feedback. No one can ever assist me, call centre agents break promises and no one ever gets back to me although I have sent over 6 emails.

All I want is this nightmare of no service4 with ADT to end.
