Contacted Netstar to change contracted person of netstar unit, after i bought a car.
the call centre took my details, all the usuals, id, tel nrs, adress etc. and obviously the vehicle details.
Thande said she would email the info "now". I only received it the next day. And it was filled with mistakes. The following was incorrect: my surname, my cell number, my email. my fathers surname.
furthermore, the insurer listed on the certificate is that of the previous owner. My insurers details was Never asked for.
I find this unacceptable, as i repeated this information a few times in the phone call.
The information was updated after a phone call to the call centre. But the updated certificate of tracking device was not sent. so i am still unable to provide my insurance with the record of fitment!
Furthermore, I was not able to lodge a complaint. how do you improve on your service, if your clients cannot lodge a complaint? This is a first.
I hope the rest of my relationship with Netstar is better than the start!
