This is by far the worst I have ever experienced!!! I have never ever come across such a "one sided" customer TRAP!!! THIS CANNOT BE LEGAL AND I WILL CONTEST THIS IN COURT IF I HAVE TO!!
I am really beyond a point of remedy. CANCEL my contracts, YOU ARE IN BREACH! I am not employed by Tracker and do not and will NEVER knowingly enter into a 3 year contract where all the responsibility sits with me, whilst I am the person paying. In fact, I cannot imagine any sane/reasonable person entering into an agreement under your terms & conditions. Furthermore, all this "fine print" that is now being through my way was NEVER communicated to me, I therefore WILL NOT be accountable for it.
I will not be bullied and have no problem taking this up with the Department Trade & Industry, Consumer Council and appoint an attorney to deal with this matter. It is really unpleasant and to be honest, exhausting! to deal with Tracker. I have NEVER EVER come across such denial and blatant shifting of responsibility!!!
I await your response. Please be advised, that I actually do work during office hours, to pay my bills, I don't actually work for Tracker!!
