We were driving in van der Hoff rd on our way to Hartebeespoort om Tuesday morning 24 September. 2 African guys in 'n VW Amarok Bakkie (registration BV55KY GP), was driving behind us, they kept on trying to pass the vehicles on a white solid line, there were even cars approaching from the front, they still passed the other cars causing vehicle to sway out for them! They then drove back and tried to pass the vehicle on the left hand side of the road, on the shoulder of the road (which was gravel and people were walking there), this caused rocks to shoot up onto our car, we were driving our beach buggy and my 1 year old boy was also in the car, the rock hit him and us!!
He wasn't even in a hurry somewhere cause he stopped at the Exel garage in van der hoff and didn't put in petrol right away.
PEOPLE LIKE HIM SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ROAD!
