You forget to update the system and then blame me?

I got into an accident which wrote off my car, called tracker and asked them to put the policy on hold until I can get another car. The agreed and told me to call when I have the new car's details.on the same call I asked them to change the banking details as I had moved banks. When the car was back, I call Tracker again to re-activate the account and got the shock of my life!!! It appeared that they were still deducting money from my old account and during the time when I didn't have a car and when I aksed them to reverse it they tell me that the account was never suspended (bare in mind I have proof where I asked them to cancel it) and that the so called policy does stipulate that whether you have a car or not, they will still deduct!!! And to make things worse, I had to pay ANOTHER once off fee for the installation of another tracker! And just when you thought it was over, they call debt collectors to colect money that they tried to deduct in the old account! How ridiculous can you get? Like really??? Bare in mind there was no correspondence from them about this so called outstanding monies, just an email and sms from the debt collectors! I mean how ridiculous can you get?
