I have had many disappointments with ADT over the last 3 years, but this now tops it. I gave notice to terminate my contract by sending notification via your website... had to phone twice to follow up on the request. A debit order was presented nonetheless and I queried it via your website service. Again nothing happened and I had the bank return the debit. I then received a SMS to pay up - where again I called and again nothing happened. Now I received an e-mail statement...
Please will someone who has a clue what is going on call me and sort this out? I am loathe to now contact you again time to sort out the same issue. I find it amazing that you even know who you are supposed to protect as your administration is poor (then again your sales and technical ability is not any better from my experience).
