Incompetence in the accounting department

I had endless problems with my account with ADT. After sending reconcilliations to Linda in September 2012, I never received an answer from her. I received another treatening letter from ADT and after complaining about the lack of service on Hellopeter, I was contacted by Tyrone Mshokane and we agreed on an amount, which I have paid and cancelled the contract with ADT. They have removed their radio etc. I now have another statement from them which indicates an outstanding amount of R143.70, that only ADT knows where this originates from. Do not think that you can merely call ADT and ask to speak to management or Tyrone. I tried 3 times this morning and am still where I was in terms of this enquire 2 hours ago. During my first attempt, I was told that there is no record of this account, on my second attempt, I was cut off. It seems as if the one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Hopefully someone from ADT will contact me now.
