POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for Premier banking Clients!

Hi

I'm having such difficulty with C-Track as a service provide.
I had a device installed in my bakie and had to remove it from my Bakie in January and then get it installed in my new vehicle (Jeep)...

C-Track removed the device from my previous vehicle but up until today they haven't installed the device in my Jeep. its now 9months later and I do not have a tracking device... although they have deducted money from me for the de-installation and the re-installation

They are also deducting the premium every month from my bank - and I don't have there services!!!

I have made numerous calls to get this sorted with no luck.
I have sent mail to the service controller yesterday and she does not respond.

Surely I'm protected under the CPA act for this type of bad service? I'm locked in to a 3 year contract without receiving any benefit from it.
