On 17 January an ADT Technician founds insects inside one of the Sensors. His job card stated that it was no charge to customer due to the fact that the sensor was not properly sealed during installation. However ADT went on and billed me for excessive call outs.
I made numerous calls to get a refund on the wrongfull billing, no being 4 September 2013 no one has made an effort to resolve this problem. If I was not under contract, I would have cancelled their service!!!
