TSS Kimberley decided to debit 4 months debit orders without being authorized by us. Our business and Residential home accounts was linked without our knowledge for services delivered by Top Security Kimberley. When our offices moved and no longer needed their services I terminated the services with a months notice February 2013. On the 9th of May I emailed them to make sure that they did not terminate the residential service because the service box at home was not working. Adri only responded on the 14th and send me a new debit form to complete and activate the service first debit order R177 to go off on 1 June 2013.On the 25th of June she emailed and asked if they can debit the 2 months that we didn't pay. My response on the email was under NO circumstances. There was no service for 2 months until I picked up that there was no signal at home and contacted them. It was an admin fault on their side an we are not responsible for that. 7 month later they debited R678 from our account instead of R177. We asked for a Refund but they refuse. They say that they can adjust the amounts as they please!! Shocking!! Is this not???
