Installer code - most difficult thing to get hold of
I will where ever I go, let everybody know, that ADT is the worst company EVER
They are easy to take your money but when you try to cancel with them and obtain your Installers code, to sign up with someone new, they have stories that will drive you up the wall. I have been trying for a week to get the code. Phoning, emailing etc. Now they tell me that they don't have the code but they will send out a technician that will take the code off at a cost off for R475. Now, what is this. How will they take off the code if they apparently don't have it. This is just a scheme to get more money.
And after reading through all the complaints on Hello Peter, I will most definitely stop the debit order from my side seeing that they just don't care and continue to take money that does not belong to them
