Sales consultant leaves without sorting out accoun

Bennie left without sorting my account out as promised now I get phone calls about the outstanding amount. to pay it. This is the second time in a year this has happend with ADT accounts and not even Mr Atkinson (branch manager) could sort out my first account problem. Where is this going to end. False promises of they will sort it out and they never do... Maybe it will end if I get another armed response company when my contract expires. I bet this wont even help cause ADT administration side is not as good as their armed response... Half a company wont do.
