I submitted a request via their Internet portal to enquire why my monthly travel reports and SARS Log book is not working - since this is the reason why I took the contract in the first place. After sending numerous requests regarding this i've still received not response. I understand that they've been charging me a premium for a year but my device has not been working from date of installation. Not only did they debit me for something that doesn't work but the services they provide also doesn't work still! And in the mean time they've increased my premium!
