ADT advertises bmo email - service calls including free battery for R435 VAT Incl. I made booking and was asked how I would pay. I stipulated that I will do EFT. On day of service call (5Aug) I was issued with an Invoice of R552.90. I queried this with technician and he just replied "that is what his mangers says the price is". I reported this to call centre the same day and the lady promised me that she will sort it out and come back to me. When my account was debited (after I stipulated that EFT will be done) with this incorrect amount I raised the issue again with the call centre and was again promised that it will be adressed (19Aug). Even received a mail confirming that I will receive feedback within 72hours. This too did not realise. In my view - ADT make themselves guilty of false advertising, pathetic service etc.
