I ordered spares in July 2013 and was sent a quote which i accepted and paid them for i was told i will receive the spares in two weeks which did not happen i kept on calling and was told a different story every day. so i requested a refund which they then sent me the paper work to fill up and send back to them i did that i was told i should wait 14 to 21 days for the refund to be processed to date nothing has been done when i phone nobody
can tell me whats the delay in processing the refund i'm always getting promised it will be done next week. And right now my boss thinks i'm lying about this. please help me.
