Firstly, my vehicle was on the 22 June 2013 and to date has not been recovered. During the"recovery" attempt, I called the recovery team almost every hour, to get an update. I was to as I was told that the team were still monitoring and looking for the vehicle at 9:45pm that night. Only when I received the incident report, did I notice that the recovery team stood down at 17:57. Some 2 and half hours after the Initial report of the incident
I then enquired about the premium as the vehicle was and the unit no longer responding, I was advised that the debit order would need to continue as it was a contract. This seems to have been incorrect. I have made numerous attempts probably a total of 10, calls to cancellations department and emails to Hazel, to get the refund of my July premium, was promised that it would be refunded no later than 02/08. This has not happened. Continuous incompetence from all staff concerned at Matrix. Not recommending Matrix to any potential customers!!!
