DOUBLE / OVERCHARGE

I signed up with ADT during the month of September 2012 - I had to transfer the radio fee before the alarm system was installed. December (2months after paying the radio fee) an amount just of R200 was taken off my account with my annual subscription.

I got a text message from ADT advising that they extra charge was my annual radio fee. I do not understand why I am paying annual subs twice?
My statement reference number is ADT JHB JHROO 00508 ADT B 115310

I lodged a query with ADT 2 months ago. In December I was advised that a refund would be authorised. Now 2 months later I still do not have clarity
