We had our electric fence installed in June.5 months later one of the strands has snapped.i called ADT on 24 Dec and was told that they come and fix it on the 27th.suprise suprise they didnt come. I phoned to enquire where they were only to be told the lady is on leave and they dont know when it will be done.in the meantime the fence doesnt work due to their bad workmanship. I hate ADT and have tried to cancel on numerous occassions but just get ignored.our alarm went off a few days ago and we are yet to get a call from the response room.my body would have started decomposing by now thanks to them. They are very quick to charge an annual radio fee and increase their fees but what am i actually paying for???
