This is a follow-uo on a complaint I sent on 2 August 2013 regading my refund from ADT. On the same day they indicated that they wil revert back to me. I know that they did not confirm as to when they would get back to me, but surely if they had my best interest at heart they would have done so by now. I demand to know when will I ever get my refund from ADT. This is the worst experience I've ever received from a service provider. i would never recommend ADT to anyone.
