ADT Continues to Dissapoint

After listed a complaint on the 17 August 2013 about ADT regarding a refund of R1193 that they owe me, I still have not received my refund. It has been over 2 months now. ADT continues to debit my account but refuse to refund. I even received an email from Glenda Van Der Westhuizen informing me that I will be refunded but nothing has happened.

This is such a huge organisation but heir service levels leave alot to be desired about.

I am completely disgusted!
