I have a skytrax product however the entire Tracker are under the impression that I have a Retirve. I was involved in an accident and i pressed the panic button and no one responsed or called my secondary contacts to check if i need road side assistance. Now when calling the call centre noone seems to know anything about why and how i dont get the service for the product im paying for and what happened the day of my accident. i spent money calling and to this day i cannot get answers. i have spoken to Sheldon, Ervin, Dumisani and the lot and when i asked one of them for a superior he transfered to me to a platinum consultant, which says to me that there is something that someone is hiding. i need answers and i need them ASAP.
