My husband had an accident on Thursday 18/04/13. He phoned me saying he was in an accident and didn't know where he was or where he was going. All he saw around him was bush. (Memory Loss) In a panic I phoned Tracker and asked them to activate our unit to see where my husband was in order for me to get an ambulance to him as the accident happened in Lydenburg (I was in JHB). They advised me that they can't activate the unit if the car wasn't or hijacked... But I can go to the nearest Police station... Report him missing... fill out some forms and THEN contact them back to activate the unit!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Tracker always advertise how good they are to get your vehicle back... BUT here I sit in JHB in a panic cause my husband is somewhere next to the road and no assistance what so ever. What it was fatal.
No more tracker for me thanks!!! My husbands life is more important than the car THANKS!!
