Every time I phone Chubb head office I get passed from person to person and transferred until either the call goes dead or I give up. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Nobody at the Jepopestown branch does any work or takes any calls. I am not lying or exaggerating when I say that I get transferred to ten different people. Nobody seems to want to do any work there, and they just keep transferring you to someone else. What a shockingly bad reputation for your company! Forbid that I should ever need them to respond in an emergency!
