Ive been trying to call chubb to change our office address for the longest time, i keep getting passed around, ive spoken to Salosha, honey and then was trying to get a hold of someone named candice who could help me, its most frustrating, i might as well recommend we cancel the contract and move to a company that has better service, because if this is the service towards customers trying to get assistance with basic admin, i can only imagine how the reaction would be in an emergency when we need security. please could someone email me the forms to get our office details changed, if not we will be forced to cancel our contract!!!
