I reecently (about 3 weeks ago) requested that a sales rep for ADT come and see me with regards updatig my home CCTV system. I was assigned a particular rep and booking was made for a Friday afternoon at 3pm. The rep was caught in traffice and phoned to say she was on her way. When I saw her at between 5 and 6 pm, I gave her my requirements. She said that I would be contacted by another individual with the relevant quote. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and and waited a week. No response. I called customer service and was advised that the complaint would be handled by someone. Now a total of 3 weeks later and no reponse to either issue. Very annoying and strange when you are competeing for business and have a captive audience.
