I am very disappointed at the total lack of response to my emails. I have had to resort to phoning your call centre and spoke to a Michele. After investigation she informed us that the gifts promised are not yet available and doesn't know when they would be. This is contrary to what you advertised when attracting customers to sign up with you and, therefore, can be construed as false advertising.
I also left a message on your UK site - I did at least have the courtesy of a reply from them informing me that they would be looking into it
I will be reporting this to the consumer rights column of our local newspaper, the Cape Times - as I think that the public need to know these facts.

I purchased first four issues from our local newsagent - CNA
I noticed the special offer and then signed up for the rest of the issues to mailed directly to me - not only for the special offers - the first free gift of a mitre set was supposed to have been delivered with the first delivery. I have now had two deliveries and NO free gift
