Why do I have to reply with an sms to stop them advertising on their my cell phone.
Its a private number and nowhere did I gave CHUBB permission to send me advertisements. Then they have the audacity to ask me to sms them to stop the advertising. THAT WILL COST ME MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ASK FOR.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.
