How compliant is their SARS compliant log books

I had Ctrack for Secure Plus for 5 years for only two reasons, My insurance required a tracking unit on my car, and I wanted a log book to use for my tax claims. I used to downloaded my trip reports every month but then in November last year while Migrating to Win8 my backup got corrupt and lost my trip reports. No problem will just download them again. First problem, their application doesn't work on Win8, but luckily they have a new one. Unfortunately it takes them 6 weeks to move you onto the new application. Then you find out its impossible to use and you cant pull reports older than 60 days, they say. I couldn't get it to pull reports older than 3 weeks. Also all my Business-Private trip information was lost. But biggest problem is the inaccuracy of their reports, I have 4 completely different versions of the same SARS approved log book and there are many KM missing. How is that SARS approved? After 6 months they are still not responding to my mails or phone calls and will not refund me for the service that they cant deliver!! Luckily I am a Tracker customer now but still want my money! Pierre Bruwer is Sales Director, him and his whole team couldn't care, not even a apology!
