on the 8th of April 2013 I called Ctrack to cancel my policy for the car i lost in 2009, they asked me to send a letter of cancellation which i did, funny enough they still debit my account. this is unfair to me and is bad customer service. every time I call them i stay in line for over 10minutes as if I am using free minutes to call them, even worse i cant get through, if I do they ask me to wait for more time to be transferred to cancellation department.
