Unknown vehicle... wrong billing contact

I have been bugged by Ctrack for the past 4 months of an outstanding bill. I was told Im in arrears for an amount of R7317 for a Mercedes. I dont own or never owned a Mercedes. I have told them on numerous occassions that I do not own that car. To top it all the device was installed in Durban, at a place I have never been to or heard of. How did you get my information and if you cannot get the correct billing contact right, how are you going to track peoples vehicles when its. Catch a wake up please, I have asked your staff on many occassions of proof that I am the ower of the vehicle and also proof of me installing the tracker, but no one can provide me with that. So go and take a chance else to rip people off. Im am tired of explaining to you guys that I am not the owner of the vehicle in question.
