I subscribed to net star and the device was installed but its not working, i have made several attempts to have it installed but its still not functional and none of the people have gotten back to me as promised.i have requested on a number of occasions (telephonically/email) to have someone fix the problem and no one is interested, all they do is make empty promises.
last telephonic liason was with Thelma Ndaba (27 June 2013) she had promised that someone will come check the vehicle out but to date no one has done so, like i did before, i have sent her an email to notify her that i am still waiting and she has not responded.i have reached a point where i don`t want this useless device installed anymore, i have instead opted to go to their competitors whom i know will be willing to accept my membership.
i have to date spent a fortune to have the device installed and it seems to be costing me more to have it function than "it" serving its intended purpose
